At Aimpact, we take great pride in the products we design and produce, as well as in our commitment to customer service. If you encounter any issues, we appreciate your understanding and assure you that we will do everything possible to help you, as your satisfaction truly matters to us.

We warrant that products manufactured by Aimpact are free of defects in material or workmanship for one year following the initial owner’s purchase. Aimpact reserves the right, at our discretion, to cover our products under warranty for their lifetime if we determine they did not meet our high standards of performance. We also retain the right to apply warranty considerations in unique situations not specified in this document.

Please note that cosmetic wear and normal wear items—including but not limited to barrels, extractors, ejectors, and springs—are not covered by the warranty. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure proper maintenance of the product.

Your Aimpact product was designed to function optimally with the original parts. Altering or modifying any components can be dangerous and will void the warranty. It is your responsibility to ensure that any parts you install are compatible with your firearm, correctly installed, and that neither the original nor replacement parts have been altered. Firearms are complex precision tools, and improper assembly or use of incorrect parts can lead to damage, serious injury, or even fatal accidents. Always seek the assistance of a qualified armorer or gunsmith for any work on your Aimpact system or other firearms.
